The products are prepared on an order basis and go through a proper and rigorous routine of quality checks before being shipped out. To protect the interests of our artisans, we do not accept any cancellations or returns, as all orders are processed immediately.

If you are unhappy with the product, then you can write to us at support.jaipuroriginals@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. 

Exchange of product is only eligible under the following conditions:-

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect
• Size issues 

To make a claim, kindly share a video of the product unboxing and being unused, and the tags being intact within the time frame mentioned above. A product can only be exchanged against another piece of the same design. 

All exchange request costs will be borne by you and we shall re-ship the products at our expense. 

All products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging. 

Custom-made products cannot be exchanged as they are handcrafted especially for your measurements. 

Any delays or lost packages due to unforeseen weather and logistical circumstances are not Jaipur Originals’ responsibility. 

Apart from the above conditions, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, and we reserve the right to refuse in case the request doesn’t meet the aforementioned conditions.
